My goal is to help connect you to your true potential by helping you get healthy and fit! I have been programming for clients for over 10 years. Let me help you set some goals and achieve them! If you are training for an upcoming endurance event or want to get fitter overall, I would love to help you reach these goals by programming for you.

DO YOU PROGRAM CROSSFIT?

I most certainly can program CrossFit - it's helped me get in the best shape of my life, and it can do the same for you. Let me help you achieve your ideal body!

DO WRITE TRAINING PLANS FOR RUNNING?

Running and CrossFit go really well together - but you have to find the right balance. I have been helping clients crush their goals in endurance based events for over 10 years!

HOW OFTEN WILL WE TALK PER WEEK?

We can connect via text and email on a daily basis if needed. Usually a bi-weekly call to check in if necessary can be made available.
