Here's what you will receive by joining the NCC Running program: You will have access to 3 running workouts per week. These are workouts that I have tested over the past 10 years that are going to be highly effective in producing the results we want - make you a faster runner with less miles.

how much will i be running?
Achieve faster times with less running - 3 running workouts each week. Short/Long Intervals varying in distance and times and a Longish run for the weekend. Each session should only take an hour including warm up and cool down!

WHAT IS A BENCHMARK WORKOUT?
Benchmarks are how we measure your progress. We run 1 Mile Time Trials once a month - great for seeing where you are at and assessing your improvements. We also use 2 Mile, 5k, 10k and 1/2 marathon as benchmarks throughout the year.
