Beginner 12 Week Running Program
This 12 week run program is meant to prepare you for a 1/2 marathon.
There will 3 days a week of running, a proper warm up and cool down for each session.
This is my beginners program, which means you may not have any running experience or you haven’t ran consistently in a really long time.
Either way, the volume is added gradually throughout the 12 weeks in order to prepare you to run a 1/2 marathon.
