The best running group in San Diego. We are lucky to be able to run at San Diego High School Track (all-weather surface) twice a week.
Our group meets Wednesdays at 7 pm and Fridays at 6:30 am for an hour.

can anyone come?
Absolutely - anyone is welcomed to attend. Our group is super friendly and inclusive, no matter how fast or how slow you are running! You just have to show up.
where does the club meet?
Downtown San Diego - we get to use the new track at San Diego High that was just recently surfaced.
when and how long are the workouts?
Our group meets for an hour - that includes a proper warm up led by ME, explanation of the workout and time spent cooling down and stretching.
how much does it cost?
You'll have to show up to find out...We have different pricing options available.
